This landed in my email just minutes after the article was released.  I haven't had time to research this guys background.... but I strongly suspect that we're about to be drown in a deluge of deep secrets and dirt on the man who's named himself Pope Francis I...... first eh?   I have a feeling that he might be the first in a few categories ;>)

A suspected criminal has been rapidly elected as the new Pontiff of the Church of Rome in a record two day conclave, being the first Jesuit in history to head the papacy.

Former Cardinal and Pope-elect "Francis I", Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is accused of helping kidnap opponents of Argentina's military junta during the 1970's "Dirty War", and of baby trafficking, by lawyers and members of the Plaza de Mayo human rights group. (Los Angeles Times, April 17, 2005, "Argentine Cardinal Named in Kidnapping Lawsuit".

Besides his personal alleged criminality, Bergoglio – as a Jesuit – represents the group most responsible for the centuries-old Crimes against Humanity and Genocide for which the Jesuit Superior General was found guilty on February 25, along with Joseph Ratzinger and other Vatican officials.

The Jesuit Order established the murderous Indian residential school system in North America during the mid 19th century, and has led the destruction and killing of millions of non-Catholics around the world since its inception in the mid 16th century.

Under a secret oath administered to every member, the Jesuits are authorized and encouraged to kill, torture or overthrow any opponent of the Vatican and the Pope.

These facts, the Argentine allegations, and his complicity in the global conspiracy against children enunciated in the canon law Crimen Sollicitationas, makes the new Pope particularly liable for immediate arrest and sentencing under international law and the Common Law Court verdict of February 25, 2013.

The ITCCS understands that Jorge Mario Bergoglio's election was a quick and uncontested arrangement, as evident in its rapidity: in less than two days, a record for papal elections.

Bergoglio's election makes the guilt of the Vatican and its highest officials for Crimes against Humanity all that more severe. The new Pope, as the head fiduciary officer of the Vatican, Inc., assumes that guilt and liability.

Bergoglio is therefore subject to immediate arrest under the terms of the Common Law Court ORDER of March 5, 2013, issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice under the authority of jus gentium, the Law of Nations, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Accordingly, an application has been made by our Tribunal to these courts for an International Citizens Arrest Warrant, to be issued against the new Roman Pontiff, Jorge Mario Bergoglio – Pope Francis I, for Crimes against Humanity and involvement in a global criminal conspiracy based in Rome.

The ITCCS will soon be issuing more background evidence on the genocidal purpose and actions of the Jesuit Order in relation to the ongoing crimes we have documented; and of the evidence of Bergoglio's suspected crimes in Argentina.

Dear Galactics,

We know you are there and have been there for many years.  We know you got a Star Trek "Prime Directive" non-interference thing unless you get a request from this planet.  We get that. And we thank you for your courtesy and consideration.  Its a good deal more polite than the buggers that were here for the last 6000 years who have been running the show much to our detriment.

However, our governments have had 60 years to get the people up to speed on you guys and they have utterly failed and sand bag even now to give the people the straight scoop.  See they lied for 60 years, and they don't know how to admit they lied.  So that's a bit of a Catch 22 you and us have to work around.

80% of Americans believe UFOs are a reality.  Sure our corporate owned TV news people still ridicule such things, but since the Iraq war, none of us believe TV news anymore anyway. They blew their credibility long ago. We thank them for showing us very clearly who they really work for, the contrast is complete and utterly clear, its bankers, defense companies and pharmaceutical companies.  None of which really have our health and well being upper most in mind.

I propose that you can do something for us, to help us do our thing, The One People, and it will speed things along.

One of the issues we face is constant meddling with our emails, delaying them for hours sometimes, intercepting and jamming our chat, voice and video conferencing, especially internationally. This costs us countless hours of delay and frustration.  Those who claim to rule to preserve freedom are actively trying to stop freedom.

The Czechoslovakian peaceful "Velvet Revolution" overthrow of communism led by Václav Havel was quite a remarkable event in 1989, and might be a model of how we can proceed. Initially a low tech affair, copies of playwright Václav Havel writings on freedom and human rights were photocopied and mimeographed covertly and passed person to person and was quite effective in organizing a ground base of popular support for what need to be done to free the country from communist tyranny.  Yet, it was a slow process and involved much manual labor.

The Internet as we have it now was not in place 1989, hard to imagine I know, but being an older computer user, that's the way it was back then. Sheesh... I am really dating myself as an old fart now aren't I? 

I remember reading in one of the computer trade magazines of that time that some mysterious gentlemen from Japan showed up in Prague with suitcases of computer modems which they distributed freely.  It was a simple move, and not that expensive really, and they plugged into already existing computers.  Ad-hoc networks were quickly established using computer bulletin board systems over existing telephone lines and that greatly sped up the pace of change during the Velvet Revolution.  It was one of the most peaceful changes in government the world has ever seen.

Our task is similar, but its not so much governments that we have a beef with, its private corporations operating under the guise of the people's governments. And they are as corrupt as the communists were.

Here's what we need, and we know you have the technical expertise, I've already received Galactic emails and I know you interface to our Internet.  You can reply through our GFL liaison person who you already put in contact with us.  We know who they are.

Our Internet is just a bastardization of what exists in the Galaxy, just not as fancy.  But still pretty useful.    Here's a few items that I think you could provide that would help in the interim:

1)  WIFI adapters that interface through your etheric networks to your high speed backbone connections into our Internet (yes I know our RF based WIFI stuff is not all that healthy, but for now its  a temporary solution until we have better alternatives built into our computers, smart phones and tablet devices.  These adapters should use class B, C, N and AC wireless ethernet protocols, universally accepted by this planet's computing devices.  We'd like to bypass some Rothschild owned middle men.

2) Point to Point Personal communication devices that bypass terrestrial phone systems.  Surely you must have some sort of quantum phone thingy right?  The capability to act as terrestial WIFI hot spot would be useful, so perhaps item 1) above can be folded into Item 2).  HBO is optional.  :)

3) Reliable video conferencing and voice chat capability, hosted on your servers and secured by you, connected to our Internet and accessible from our Internet.  Un-hackable and uncrackable. Face it, Facebook sucks.  And they censor.

4) Short notice point to point earth transportation.  Just let us know what protocol to use with you.

Now if this violates any Galactic non-interference thing, we can have Heather write up a little UCC waiver for all applicable dimensions that free you from any liability and karmic consequences of this request.  We promise we won't sue in Galactic court.

In just over one month, history has been made.

One Pope has fallen, the Vatican is in disarray, and heads of state are evading arrest warrants after being publicly tried and sentenced for Crimes against Humanity.

And thanks to the February 25 verdict of our Common Law Court, the legitimate authority of the Vatican and the British Crown has been disestablished by the fact that their heads of state are now wanted criminals.

As at the Nuremberg Trials, not only criminal actors but the system they represent have been lawfully judged and sentenced before the world. Our Common Law Court verdict has given all of us a rare historical opportunity to reclaim power from those who have for so long usurped it.

The question now faces us: Will we do so?

To grasp the momentous nature of what has happened and the glowing chance humanity has been given to free itself of its oldest tyranny, let's remember a few key events:

January 30, 2013: The International Common Law Court's Prosecution concludes its case against Thirty officials accused of Genocide in Canada, including the Pope and four top Vatican officers. The Accused do not respond to or deny the charges. The Jury of thirty three sworn citizens then judges the evidence (see link: http://napatv.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?view_id=2&clip_id=5014

February 4: A diplomatic note is issued to the Vatican Secretariat by a European government working with our Common Law Court, concerning its impending Arrest Warrant against one of the accused, Joseph Ratzinger (aka Pope Benedict)

February 11: Joseph Ratzinger resigns as Pope

February 15: Ratzinger is given sanctuary and "legal immunity" by the Vatican

February 25: The Common Law Court Jury unanimously finds Ratzinger, Elizabeth Windsor and 28 others guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity and Criminal Conspiracy, and sentences them to 25 years imprisonment and loss of property and authority. The guilty are given one week to comply.

March 3: The occupation and seizure of church property begins in Canada, England, the United States and Italy.

March 4: The guilty do not comply. Common Law Citizen Arrest Warrants are then issued by the Court for the detainment of Ratzinger, Windsor and others. Attempted arrests proceed.

March 7: A Public Notice declares that the legal and political authority of the governments, courts and police of the Vatican, Canada, England and other Commonwealth nations is nullified and disestablished. The Notice calls for new Constitutional Republics in these countries and for Civil Constitutions which nationalize church property and governance. (see www.itccs.org

Our Goal, and The Next Steps

For years, the aim of our movement has been to uproot the institutional and spiritual source of centuries of murderous crimes against the innocent by the corporate empire known as the Vatican, and its many offshoots. We have begun to do so now, lawfully and openly.

The mask has finally slipped, for those who can see and understand. The perpetrators of the worst Genocide in human history stand not only condemned and sentenced, but legally and morally disestablished.

As well, the aura of legitimacy and authority - what some call the Archon, or the overarching spiritual or "group mind" of the institutions we have judged - has been shattered, in the manner of a massive collective exorcism. A spell has been broken, the Angel and Archon of Rome has departed, and the ground has been prepared for a new seeding.

The collapse of Rome is sending an enormous shock wave across our planet, on many levels: for the authority of most governments and corporations that have dominated and ruined our world emanate from the legal and belief system established by the Vatican Empire.

Equally powerful has been our resurrection of the Common Law as a practical weapon to restore justice and sovereignty to the people.

Everything, in short, is in transition; and the cowering of supposed "rulers" in evasion of our Arrest Warrants is a clear sign that the "mighty" are indeed fallen, and falling.

Taking back the power from these criminals is up to every one of us now. But how will we assert this new freedom and identity, and reclaim the world?

We're already beginning. In eight countries, twenty one local action groups have formed to reclaim the property and lands of the criminal churches named in our Verdict. And in Canada, England, the United States and Italy, the Citizens' Arrests of the guilty "Dirty Thirty" is commencing.

About Citizens' Arrests

Consider the word. "Arrest" means "to stop" in French: and our aim is to not simply detain but forever stop the guilty and the systems they represent, of fraud, conquest and murder. And that won't happen simply by locking away a few figureheads, even though that's what the law requires.

In truth, it's easier than you realize to stop people in power - especially when they know they're guilty of a crime.

You have the upper hand, first of all, because the guilty have everything to lose, and you have much less at stake. And so it's terribly easy for you to expose, mock and embarrass them, loudly and publicly.

By naming, shaming and banishing them, you puncture the tenuous balloon of their moral authority. And you can even achieve what we have done to the former Pope and the British Queen and the Canadian Prime Minister, which is to cause them to either resign or hide out of public view to evade the small but deadly weapon that we hold: the truth of what they are.

If we can't detain such officials after trying, that too helps us, since then they're exposed as the cowards they are, and the police and authorities as their accomplices in crime.

The truth is that a convicted criminal has no authority any more, under the law: including monarchs, popes and prime ministers. We just need to press that point home now.

Besides, most of the people we're arresting aren't heads of state and have no real protection around them. They're mostly low level clergymen, church officials, RCMP officers, and even a fat CEO of an American eco-terrorist corporation called Weyerhauser. Who's going to rush to defend these jokers, especially now that their complicity in genocide, child rape and murder is exposed to the world?

Think of those slaughtered children whenever you doubt what we must and can do next.

Reclaiming church property and land

This is the easy part. Churches are already open, public spaces since they're maintained by your taxes.

Our occupation and seizure of Catholic and Protestant churches is an act of responsible citizenry, for we'll be opening them to the homeless and all the victims of church torture. And so no cop or priest can legally evict you from any church if you're being peaceful - especially if a few dozen of you show up with all your kids.

So make your seizure of churches a permanent and ongoing thing; you're not protesting, you're reclaiming. Set up soup kitchens and beds in the sanctuary. Quote Jesus while you're doing it: he has plenty to say about religious hypocrites and the blessedness of children, and the poor.

Trust us: our experience proves that when anyone threatens the property and money of these fraudulent churches, they fold. That is their Achilles' heel.

Besides, taking back the wealth stolen from us all is justice in action. These churches have never paid a dime of taxes. Now we're taxing them, by reclaiming them with a sort of direct peoples' levy.

The Bigger Picture: Spiritual Reclamation

But fun church seizures and arrests of fat clerics aside, the startling truth is that these institutions have already been disestablished, legally, morally and spiritually. Once you and only about 2% of humanity awaken to that reality, it will become a fact of everyday life.

We've always known that our work is ultimately a spiritual battle: a fight for the mind and soul of humanity in the face of a force that has enslaved our people for millenia. We are engaged in a literal, mass exorcism.

And so despite the initial emphasis of our campaign on the legal front, we have been accompanied and protected from the beginning by spiritual elders, shamanic workers and people of many faiths. The conscience and prayers of countless men and women have been a great shield around those of us on the front line of this battle, and has brought the malevolent spirit that we face to a standstill.

During Easter Week, from March 24 to 31, a focused Spiritual Reclamation will commence that will culminate in a fasting and public exorcism between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, outside and inside these churches. This exorcism will complete the cycle begun by Kevin Annett and others outside the Vatican in October, 2009.

More of this will be shared with you in the coming week.

Clearly, we are using the ITCCS-Common Law Court as a springboard to launch this broader Spiritual and Community Reclamation Movement to alter our societies and ourselves from the grassroots.

Liberated hearts and minds always usher forth new ways of living and governing ourselves. But to develop new systems of cooperative Common Law government, we need a trained cadre of leaders to lead this revolution from below.

And so in the coming days, all of our Action Groups will begin to hold leadership training workshops to plan the details and strategy of this Reclamation Movement, and create the political and spiritual and will for it to endure. A Training Manual is forthcoming, concerning the ITCCS and its history, the Common Law, the Reclamation Vision and Spirituality, and the rules of spiritual and political engagement.

Finally ...

To further this entire campaign, Kevin Annett will be commencing a six month global speaking and organizing tour on behalf of the ITCCS and this new spiritual-political reclamation movement, from April through to October, 2013. He'll be visiting twelve countries in North America, Europe and Asia.

Kevin has been one of the few ITCCS officers mentioned publicly until now, primarily for security and the safety of its officials, some of whom are sensitively placed in governments or legal bodies. Six members of the ITCCS have died from clear foul play since 2009 after being publicly vocal about crimes of church and state.

However, more ITCCS members are going public since the Common Law Court verdict, including Jury members Lisa Shannon and Melanie Spencer, and ITCCS organizers Gerry O'Donovan, Dave O'Brien and John Deegan in Ireland, Thierry David in France and Rev. Joshua Lemmens in Canada.

..... but only for those that knew about it in advance?

There was a new government
..... but it was made up of the same ol' politicians?

What if

There was free health care
..... by the same doctors we have now pushing the same drugs that already exist?

What if

There was new Laws
..... enforced by the same thugs/authorities we have now?

What if

There was a global revaluation of currencies
..... but you don't own any foreign currencies?

What if

You were told that  it's a whole new system
.....but the same CEOs were still making millions
.......but the same mega corporations we're still making vaccines, GMOs, fast food, toxic chemicals

Their new era of prosperity and freedom still included passports to travel in and out of your country, drivers licences and insurance to own a vehicle, government registration of who you are, and continued to force you to prove that you are not a criminal?

I was on the phone with a fellow white knight last night and over the course of an hour a lot of information has been let out. I will tell you all that the elitist that have ALMOST ruined our country cannot stop this OUT OF EARTH PRESIDENT we have, This is all i can say about that. PERIOD..dont ask!
Now..when deliveries happen we will see announcements start first. Our side has decided none ABSOLUTELY NONE monies will be put out in full mode until the first announcement comes with our debt jubilee. THATS primary! Behind will be the UST announcement and the RV/PPs being put out. NOW..only USA true documented citizens will receive any money through the AMERICAN roll programs. Any person who is a foreigner or here on work visa will HAVE to go back to their respective country for ANY ST Germain funding program reception. AS of september 2010 every country has become sovereign and has specified banks with gold backed reserve currency ready to be implemented. A lot of media reports right now are lies. The reason were so close now is the removal of the pope and the striping of the vaticans wealth. St germain could make gold out of lead, ingested this mutated liquid and was able to have THE HIGHEST vibrations..hence why he could ascend, fake his own death, and appear wherever and whenever he wants to.
LISTEN CLOSELY..St Germains trust is the one that is funding NESARA, the roll programs, and all gold backed currency in ALL countries THAT ARE NOW GOLD BACKED. What you all are hearing and fixing to see in banks and pps/rv monies is all through St Germain trust funds.
We all need to meditate/concentrate/ and prepare for the announcements that are coming, nothing else matters...cause it wont happen until these 3 hour long announcements come.
Many of you didnt know that Dennis Kucinich's brother was killed in 2009...the elite knew of Kucinich's writngs in NESARA and took out his brother. After that Obama and Kucinich were on a 45 minute flight and when they landed Kucinich's face was ghost white. We beleive that O had given him words and made sure he got out of the limelight to be safe (much like Robert Kennedy Jr).
Our team has had a hand inside the federal reserve and the us treasury, and congress/white house for years and years..moles if you will!
p.s remember NESARA was tried(TO NO AVAIL) to have been announced on several occasions starting on 9/11...AND THEY WERE ALL ON TUESDAY! :):):)

What happened in 1776 was that the Declaration of Independence said “We declare these truths to be self evident…that all men were created equal…”

Since then, governments were corporatized and banks and schools have been corrupted and controlled by their CEO’s.  As the depth of this corruption was discovered and uncovered, a solution was offered – foreclose the corporations and return the power to the people themselves.  The UCC filings took care of that.

Your life only has to change if that is your choice.  You stand without requirement.

Can you see yourself without bonds or binds of any kind?  When you can, this Trust, the Public Trust of the One People, will have served its purpose.

The OPPT isn’t the answer.  It is a catalyst for you to find the answers within.  Search your heart.  Your value, truth and treasure are not found in any document. 

They reside within every single one of us.  We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it mu st follow that what exists is what they want to exist..

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it's because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan ...

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish;
to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators,

to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.
Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like
"the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from

doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees...

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

I want to thank all parties involved in this blog. Many, many thanks!

I am already using the OPPT and UCC in cases of foreclosure, verdicts from alleged “judges” claiming to be judges of the Federal Republic of Germany. While I am quite familiar with the foresloure-laws of 1933 that are still being applied today.

Meanwhile these so-called “judges” are being commissioned by the CEOs of for example the corporate district court of Celle. And that is without having any proof of standing, right of domicile and without possessing any kind of moral retention from the people.

These transactions that are being done in German co-operative courts by so-called judges and so-called public prosecutors in the name of the people have to finally come to an end. Moreover the Federal Republic of Germany does not have any citizenry. (ref: BRD-StAG)

The FRG does not have its´ own territory. (ref: 185 BBG ff.)

The FRG is not a nation. (ref. 2BvF 1/73) (ref. Speech of Prof. Jd. Carlo Schmid (SPD) 1948)

The FRG does not have a constitution. (transferring art. 116 in association with art. 146 GG)

It is pure Nazi-despotism, that is being conducted by FRG-judicial employees at FRG-courts. And this situation has to be brought to the attention of FRG-judicial employees (The public prosecutor was showing keen interest in the filings about the corporate identity of the Local District Court.)

After having proven today in front of the court of appeal (District-court Lueneburg) that the county of Winsen (Aller) who had sent me two bailiffs for execution on behalf of GEZ [agency in Germany for extortion of mandatory broadcasting-fees] was actually a company by the name of “County of Winsen(Aller)” I have contested the so-called verdict (in the name of the people – what people? - must be a “virtual” people because the FRG does not have its´ own people) of the main trial. The alleged judge of the main trial, Bachmann, of the alleged district-court in Celle has already received my notice of foreclosure.
