BREAKING NEWS...This is what we've been waiting for White Knights Reveaing themselves

BREAKING NEWS...This is what we've been waiting for... Part 1

The following was sent to me by my dear friend, Mark Huber, who has been my greatest source of information on the coming age. Written by a mutual friend, this series of articles, broken down into parts, shares exciting news, as unveils some of the White Knights who will be stepping forward with specific information. Coming 30 hours worth of Movie quality information disclosing the truth here on our planet...Please read and understand that what you are seeing here is truly the beginning of what we have been waiting for...THANK GOD!! --Debbie
**************************************************************
Greetings Everybody,

I want to begin with a story. Back in September 2010 a friend had tried to call KOS on his encrypted phone. An Assistant took the call and said that KOS was unavailable at the moment and two MPs were guarding the oval office door. I thought that was curious so I went into meditation then. I asked why this would be the case. Ashtar heard me then and invited me in to the Oval Office so I could see. He was sitting there, hovering in his command chair, sitting across from the desk and having a meeting with President Obama about he details of Disclosure. I was to go back and tell everyone what I had seen. I did. Next day a call was placed to KOS who confirmed the meeting took place. Nothing more was ever said. This was the moment when my affiliation on the radio ended with my other partners. There were too many cooks in the kitchen and it was time I did my work alone. I wanted to share that I know these things are true because I have seen them.

I talked to Mark Huber recently for the first time in three years and it helped me understand all that had evolved until now. He is doing well and living in his old place. Years ago the first place I ever posted a channel was on a Yahoo Group owned by Steve Beckow. I posted there with Mark. Steve cancelled the Group with no notice in August of 2009. Mark and I then established GalacticRoundTable.com and there was more growth.  There are factions out there who did not appreciate us sharing the information we had. Many have criticized me along the way and it has not been easy dealing with continued threats today. The White Knights still live with the threat they could be killed and that is the reason I am writing. I would like to have your help with this. A lot of misinformation and disinformation is put out there attempting to keep everyone away from Announcements and Disclosure. When these two things happen all the criminals will be indicted, lose their jobs and their wealth and sends them to court for sentencing. They are trying to avoid this. We could have long discussions about who did what and what is true in the news, but that is just our ego mind panicking because it feels more calm with some kind of a rational explanation. Going over the news and scouring websites is a sure way to spend all our time with ego.

We have had much discussion about a government in the United States working with a suspended Constitution and as a foreign corporation. This is what lead up to the World Funds by St. Germain and the need to write a law regarding the cure called NESARA. We have long anticipated these things and prepared ourselves for New Earth with a Spiritual Government. These are exciting times. St. Germain is one of the Holy Kumaras and this change goes hand in hand with Full Galactic Disclosure. In an attempt for self-preservation most of Congress with most of the Pentagon and our Chief Justices and Intelligence Community have stolen your Birth Right which is Knowledge. This is how they control us and our lives literally look as if we are their slaves. Without the knowledge we are unable to exercise choices with our own free will. We have no Free Will. Or do we? We do! We can Unify together and become smart with the knowledge hidden from us regarding shadow government and the Secret Space Program. This is a spiritual exercise which leads to the next step.

I would like to introduce you to many of the researchers and witnesses who have first hand knowledge that our government and other governments have engaged with extraterrestrials and they are hiding the knowledge from us.

A wonderful thing has happened. After 16 or more years of work the Executive Director at Paradigm Research Group. Stephen Bassett, received funding to go ahead with a project of having a Citizensʻ Hearing on Disclosure in Washington D.C. There will be 30 hours of testimony from White Knights with the Governmentsʻ Knowledge of and contact with extraterrestrials. It will be filmed and made into a major motion picture. The Ones I will introduce to you come form a pool of White Knights who are like the Ones who will testify to end the Truth Embargo for all of us. Some of these have been holding on to their testimony since before I was born. Many were threatened with their own lives and the lives of their entire families and so they kept quiet until now. Now they will all be together for five days of testimony that will be documented for us all to see. The movie will be released nationwide and beyond.

Try to understand what this means for your own life and how you will be effected. Spiritual Government and Disclosure go hand and hand and they are not separate.

We cannot have one without the other. Hear that!

It is time we joined together our message and share it far and wide. It is time we took action in our hands, like signing the White House Petition to show the fake media that this issue is just as important to us as NESARA. Also, we should be blogging this list of heros to remind ourselves of the battles they have fought out of our sight protecting our free will choices for our future. The time to act is now. I will be doing my part by posting my entire book, StarGate Earth (2011) online so everyone can have more knowledge about the issues of Exopolitics and our friends at the Galactic Federation who include Sananda, Ashtar and St. Germain. Keep in your prayers these Ones at the Pentagon and NASA and the researchers who brought forward secret documents as well as those who have campaigned for change and the Ones who brought forward the funding to make it all happen. Hold them in your thoughts. Beam love to them. Envision their success. We could have Disclosure tomorrow. It is not dependent upon this project by any means. That does not diminish the importance of spreading the knowledge because when we do this we free our hearts and our souls to be ready for the changes. This is just another exercise along the way preparing us for healing that which had been taken from us. It is like paying our respects to what has died. We must go through the process. This is important. Please help me now. Share the knowledge widely. Doing this silences all the disinformation out there. You cannot be fooled. You know by knowing.

I will follow this with a new message from St. Germain. I will continue to bring frequent messages and all I ask in return is that you continue to be supportive to Earth changes by explaining to others why all of these issues are so important. Thank you for this. Namaste!

BREAKING NEWS...This is what we've been waiting for...White Knights Part 2

Government Proof of ET Presence

Capt. Edgar Mitchell, PhD, USN retired
On January 31, 1971, Navy Captain Dr. Edgar Mitchell embarked on a journey into outer space that resulted in becoming the sixth man to walk on the moon. The Apollo 14 mission was NASA’s third manned lunar landing. This historic journey ended safely nine days later on February 9, 1971. It was an audacious time in the history of mankind. For
Mitchell, however, the most extraordinary journey was yet to come.
As he hurtled earthward through the abyss between the two worlds, Mitchell became engulfed by a profound sensation “a sense of universal connectedness.” He intuitively sensed that his presence, that of his fellow astronauts, and that of the planet in the window were all part of a deliberate, universal process and that the glittering cosmos itself was in some way conscious. The experience was so overwhelming Mitchell knew his life would never be the same.
Scientist, test pilot, naval officer, astronaut, entrepreneur, author and lecturer, Dr. Mitchell’s extraordinary career personifies humankind’s eternal thrust to widen its horizons as well as its inner soul. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Doctor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. In addition he has received honorary doctorates in engineering from New Mexico State University, the University of Akron, Carnegie Mellon University and a ScD from Embry-Riddle University.
Dr. Mitchell has received many awards and honors including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the USN Distinguished Medal and three NASA Group Achievement Awards. He was inducted to the Space Hall of Fame in 1979 and the Astronaut Hall of Fame in 1998. He was a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005.
After retiring from the Navy in 1972, Dr. Mitchell founded the Institute of Noetic Sciences to sponsor research into the nature of consciousness as it relates to cosmology and causality. In 1984, he was a co-founder of the Association of Space Explorers, an international organization of those who have experienced space travel.
He is the author of “Psychic Exploration,” 1974, “The Way of the Explorer,” 1996, (Third edition, 2006) as well as dozens of articles in both professional and popular periodicals. He has devoted the last 38 years to studying human consciousness and psychic and paranormal phenomena in the search for a common ground between science and spirit.
Richard Dolan
Richard Dolan is considered by many students of the UFO phenomenon to be the pre-eminent historian of the subject. He is the author of two volumes of history, UFOs and the National Security State, as well as an analysis of the future, A.D. After Disclosure: The People’s Guide to Life After Contact.

Richard’s writing is widely seen as ufology’s gold standard. His seminal history, UFOs and the National Security State, has inspired such statements as “the best history ever written about UFOs” by best-selling author Whitley Strieber, and “masterful and important” by Dr. Edgar Mitchell of Apollo 14.
A.D. After Disclosure, which Richard co-authored with Bryce Zabel (creator of the television series Dark Skies), has been widely hailed as among the most original works in all of UFO literature, a fearless and analytical “what if” scenario that discusses the deep impact that would be brought about by the end of UFO secrecy.
Among Richard’s main themes are the destruction of our political liberties as a result of the UFO coverup, the possible nature of the non-humans themselves, and what their presence here means for our civilization. This has led him to take a fresh approach to the topic of “Exopolitics” and to develop unique insights into the practical challenges and opportunities for a true disclosure of the UFO phenomenon.
Richard has also written numerous articles, spoken at conferences around the world, is a frequent guest on radio shows such as Coast-to-Coast AM, and has done a great deal of television work. In 2006 he hosted a six-episode series called SciFi Investigate. More recently, he appeared with NBC’s Lester Holt for a special two-hour documentary, “Inside Secret Government Warehouses: Shocking Revelations.”
Richard was born in Brooklyn, New York, studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, was a finalist for a Rhodes scholarship, and completed his graduate work in history at the University of Rochester. Prior to his interest in UFOs, he studied U.S. Cold War strategy, Soviet history and culture, and international diplomacy.

Grant Cameron
Grant Cameron involved in extraterrestrial-related phenomena research in May 1975 with a personal sighting near Carman, Manitoba about 25 miles north of the Canada-US border. Over the next 18 months hundreds of sightings were reported, and Grant spent months photographing a series of strange objects and interviewing hundreds of witnesses who were involved. Thus began a 28 years commitment to the subject After composing a manuscript about the 1975-76 sightings, he moved on to research the work of the legendary Wilbert B. Smith. Smith headed up the Canadian government’s flying saucer
investigation known as Project Magnet, which ran from 1950 to 1954. Over two decades Cameron was able to collect most of Smith’s files and written materials. He interviewed most of the associates around Smith who worked on the flying saucer investigation. He produced a CD-Rom data disk with most of the documents from the Smith files along with 12 hours of audio related to Smith’s work. During the Smith research Grant learned of the former Penn State University president Dr. Eric Walker, who was identified by Dr. Robert Sarbacher as a key person inside the Cover-up. Cameron teamed up with T. Scott Crain to research and write UFOs, MJ-12, and the Government published by MUFON.

Cameron then turned his research interests to the relationship of U.S. Presidents to the extraterrestrial issue. He made 13 trips to the U.S. National Archives and most of the Presidential archives looking for relevant documents. A major contribution of his work was a FOIA submission to the White House Office of Science and Technology which yielded nearly 1,000 pages of disclosure documents from the Clinton administration.
He has lectured in Canada and the U. S. on the 1975-76 Manitoba sightings, Wilbert Smith and the president/UFO connection. He lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Published Book UFOs, MJ-12, and the Government: A report on government involvement in UFO crash retrievals (MUFON)

Maj. George Filer, USAF retired
George Filer is a retire Air Force intelligenceofficer. While serving in the Air Force, Filer was onboard an aircraft tanker over the UK when he and his crew were asked to check out a UFO on radar. When they got close to the large object it flew off at extraordinary speed. Later, while serving at Ft. Dix he was asked to brief Generals on an incident involving the shooting of an alien that had landed it’s craft on their runway. He is now a MUFON regional director an produces a weekly UFO newsletter called Filer’s Files for over twenty years.
Paul Stonehill
Paul Stonehill is a Soviet-born researcher of anomalous phenomena, and an independent consultant. He has lived in the United States since 1973. He is an author, television consultant, lecturer, and researcher of Russian, East European, Central Asian and Far Eastern paranormal phenomena. His book, The Soviet UFO Files, was published in 1998, in English, Czech, and Dutch. His articles have been translated and published in many languages, from Ukrainian to Hungarian to Japanese. He is fluent in English, Russian and
Ukrainian. He has excellent sources in the former Soviet Union, and has gathered long-lost or forbidden paranormal materials and files (the Armed Forces, secret police, underground publications, etc.). Philip Mantle (UK) and Paul have published a book, UFO-USSR. Paul has consulted and appeared in various documentaries on the History, TLC, Discovery, TNT channels as well as European and Japanese TV programs. He has done numerous radio interviews, mainly in the United States.
Areas of research have included: Soviet and Russian military research of paranormal phenomena KGB and paranormal phenomena Underwater unidentified phenomena (USO); Secrets of Soviet space program; Soviet mind control programs, ESP, and famous psychics; UFO phenomenon in Russia, Ukraine, the Baltics, and China.
Honorable Paul Hellyer
Paull Hellyer holds one of the longest and most varied political career in Canada’s history. He was first elected as a Liberal in 1949 federal election in the district of
Davenport, he was the youngest person ever elected to that point in the Canadian House of Commons. He served a brief stint as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of
National Defence, and made a good impression. He was then named Associate Minister of National Defence in the cabinet of Prime Minister Louis Saint-Laurent. He lost his
seat when the Saint-Laurent government lost the 1957 election a few months later. Hellyer returned to parliament in a 1958 by-election in the neighboring district of Trinity, and became an effective opposition critic of the John Diefenbaker’s Progressive conservative government.
Hellyer became Minister of National Defence in 1963 in the cabinet of Lester B. Pearson. As Minister of Defence, he oversaw the controversial integration and unification of the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, the and the Royal Canadian Air Force into a single organization, the Canadian Forces.
Hellyer contested the 1968 Liberal leadership convention, placing second on the first ballot, but slipping to third on the second and third ballots, and withdrawing to support Robert Winters on the fourth ballot, in which Pierre Trudeau won the leadership. He then served as Trudeau’s Transport Minister, and was Senior Minister in the Cabinet, a position similar to the current position of Deputy Prime Minister.
Hellyer resigned from cabinet and the Liberal caucus in 1969 over a dispute with Trudeau. He sat as an independent for several years. After his 1971 attempt to form a new political party, Action Canada, failed, Progressive Conservative leader Robert Stanfield invited him to join the PC caucus. He returned to prominence as an opposition critic and was re-elected in the 1972 election as a Progressive Conservative.
He lost his seat, however, in the 1974 election. He contested in the PC leadership convention of 1976, rejoined the Liberal Party in 1982, and contested a Toronto district Liberal nomination in 1988.
In 1997 Hellyer formed the Canadian Action Party (CAP) to provide voters with an economic nationalist option following the collapse of the National Party of Canada. He was concerned both the Progressive Conservative and Liberal parties were embracing globalization, and that the New Democratic Party was no longer able to provide a  credible alternative. While CAP also embraced Hellyer’s proposals for monetary reform, Hellyer lost Canadian House of Commons bid in 1997 and 2000.
Following the 2000 election resurgence for the New Democratic Party, Hellyer approached NDP leadership to discuss the possibility of merging the two parties. In early 2004, after several extensions of the merger deadline, the NDP rejected Hellyer’s merger proposal which would have required the NDP to change its name. Hellyer resigned as CAP leader, but remains a member of the party.
Hellyer has published numerous books, his last being Light at the End of the Tunnel (2010).

BREAKING...This is what we've been waiting for...White Knights Part 3

Bruce Maccabee, PhD

Nick Pope
Nick Pope worked at the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence from 1985. He’s undertaken a series of jobs within the Department, including work in the Joint Operations Centre during the Gulf War, where he was a briefer in the Air Force Operations Room. He was involved in work on the crises in Bosnia and Kosovo. He was a Senior Executive Officer, which is a civilian grade equivalent to the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He left the employ of the MoD in 2006 and now does private research. Between 1991 and 1994, Nick was posted to a division called Secretariat (Air Staff) and given the job of researching and  investigating the UFO phenomenon, mirroring the work done in the U.S. by the Air Force’s Project Blue Book in the 1960′s.
Although most of the cases could be explained as misidentifications of known objects and phenomena, a hard core of sightings defied any conventional explanation. Strong evidence emerged suggesting the presence of structured craft capable of speeds and maneuvers beyond the capability of even the most advanced prototype craft operated by the Royal Air Force or the United States Air Force.
Nick’s unique access to new data and previous government files convinced him the UFO phenomenon raised serious defense and national security issues. There were numerous instances where UFOs had been tracked on radar, leading to jets being scrambled. There were also cases with terrifying nearmisses between UFOs and civilian aircraft. All this led him to believe that an extraterrestrial explanation for some sightings could not be ruled out.
His official investigations into UFOs drew him into other mysteries such as alien abductions, crop circles and cattle mutilations. Upon leaving the Ministry’s UFO project, he continued his research and investigations privately and is now recognized as a leading researcher into both governmental and phenomenological aspects of the extraterrestrial controversy.
He has done extensive media work, including an appearance on Newsnight, one of the UK’s most prestigious and serious TV news programs. He has written for or been featured in most of the UK’s national newspapers and has been interviewed on numerous radio shows, including the prestigious Today program. Nick has lectured all around the world and spoken to various academic and military organizations. He has discussed the UFO phenomenon at the Oxford Union, one of the world’s foremost debating societies, and has acted as consultant to various television documentaries.
Published Books (relevant):
Open Skies, Closed Minds: For the First Time, a Government UFO Expert Speaks Out (1999)
The Uninvited: An Exposé of the Alien Abduction Phenomenon (1998)

Story Musgrave, PhD
Franklin Story Musgrave joined the United States Marine Corps at 18. While in the Corps, Musgrave  served as an aviation electrician and instrument technician. After completing this service, he enrolled at Syracuse University where, in 1958, he received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and statistics. Upon graduation from Syracuse, he went to work for the Eastman Kodak Company as a mathematician and operations analyst. In the years that followed, he earned an MBA in operations analysis and computer programming from UCLA. The following year he added a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Marietta College and, in 1964, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University. Leaving Kodak, he served a surgical internship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He remained at Kentucky on post-doctoral fellowships from the Air Force and the Heart Institute, earning an additional master’s degree in physiology and biophysics. High-altitude flight and the then-new space program had created new areas of medicine, and Dr. Musgrave was in the forefront, pursuing research in cardiovascular and exercise physiology and in the medicine of aviation.
In August 1967, Musgrave was selected by NASA to be among the first cohort of astronaut-scientists. Until then, astronauts had been chosen from the ranks of military test pilots. After completing astronaut training, he worked on the design and development of the Skylab program and served as backup science pilot for the first Skylab mission.  Mr. Musgrave helped design the spacesuits, life support systems, airlocks and manned maneuvering units that would be used for space walks and other extravehicular activity on the Space Shuttle missions.
From 1967 to 1989, while working for NASA, Musgrave served as a part-time surgeon at Denver General Hospital, and as a part-time professor of physiology at and biophysics at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He also trained as a pilot and parachutists, earning his Air Force Wings and FAA ratings as flight instructor, instrument instructor, glider instructor, and airline transport pilot. He has flown 160 different types of civilian and military aircraft, and has made more than 500 free falls, including 100 experimental free-falls designed to study human aerodynamics.
The first of Dr. Musgrave’s six trips into outer space took place on the maiden voyage of the Space Shuttle Challenger in 1983. While on this mission, Musgrave and Don Peterson performed the first space walks off of the Shuttle. On his second Shuttle mission, he served as systems engineer during launch and reentry, and as a pilot during the orbital operations. Perhaps the most dramatic of Story Musgrave’s space mission was the fifth, on the Shuttle Endeavour. Musgrave commanded the mission to repair the damaged Hubble Space Telescope. During this 11-day mission, the Telescope was restored to full functionality. Repairs required five spacewalks, three performed by Musgrave himself.
Story Musgrave flew his last space mission in January, 1996, on the Space Shuttle Columbia. On this mission, the crew deployed and retrieved reusable satellites for studying the origin and composition of the stars, and to experiment with super-vacuum conditions in which thin film wafers can be grown for use in the semiconductor industry.

Daniel Sheehan, JD
Daniel Sheehan graduated Harvard Law School, founded the Christic Institute, and taught world politics at the University of California. He has a distinguished history in public interest service. Sheehan co-founded with Sara Nelson the Christic Institute in Washington, DC, which for nearly two decades was the country’s preeminent public-interest law firm. The Christic Institute was directly responsible for surfacing and prosecuting the unconstitutional conduct of George Bush, along with senior and numerous members of his administration in the Iran/Contra scandal during the 1980s. They also co-directed the Karen Silkwood case (which stopped the construction of all new private
nuclear power stations in the United States from 1979); the Three-Mile Island case (which stopped the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission from dumping the radioactive waste materials from the damaged Three-Mile Island Nuclear Facility into the Susquehanna River); and the American Sanctuary Movement case (which declared unconstitutional the efforts of the Reagan/Bush Administration to deport legitimate political refugees from the United States back to El Salvador or Guatemala). Dan also served as legal counsel to the New York Times in the Pentagon Papers case and represented Fathers Daniel Berrigan and Phil Berrigan during their Viet Nam activism. Mr. Sheehan was the Director of the Strategic Initiative to Identify the New Paradigm launched by President Mikhail Gorbachev’s State of the World Forum in San Francisco.
In 1994 Sheehan defended Dr. John Mack before an review panel of the Harvard Medical School in the wake of Mack’s book Abduction: Human Encounters With Aliens. This was not his first, nor his last, encounter with the important issue of extraterrestrial-related phenomena. In 1977, while general counsel to the United States Jesuit Office of Social Ministry in Washington, DC., he served as a special consultant to the United States Library of Congress Congressional Research Office Project on Extraterrestrial Intelligence ordered by President Jimmy Carter. In this capacity, he was given access not only to the classified portions of the United States Air Force’s infamous “Project Blue Book” files but to the confidential report prepared for the Science & Technology Committee of the United States Congress by the Library of Congress Congressional Research Office pursuant to this Presidential assignment.
What he saw changed his life.
His ongoing projects include the New Paradigm Institute which holds that there exist eight separate, internally consistent worldviews, or paradigms. These paradigms are best understood when placed on a spectrum. The New Paradigm Institute will bring the most promising new knowledge from a wide variety of fields – including physics, ecology, religion, and philosophy – directly to bear on a wide spectrum of American public policy issues. Another project involves investigating the potential secret illegal dumping, by U.S. Government contractors, of deadly radioactive nuclear waste materials on Native American Reservations across the country on behalf of The Traditional Elders of The Lakota Nation in North and South Dakota.

Cmdr. C. B. “Scott” Jones, PhD, USN retired
Cmdr. Jones is the founder and president of the Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth. The principal function of P.E.A.C.E. is to oversee the development of the global Center for Sustainable Peace and Development system. Previous to this he was co-founder and president of the Human Potential Foundation. This was established in 1989, and conducted research into all conditions of humankind: physiological, psychological and spiritual, to assist the individual to achieve the highest levels of human potential in body, mind and spirit in order to compete and cooperate at personal excellence throughout life. Prior to this position he was Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell from January 1985 until March 1991. Retiring as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, approximately half of his thirty-year naval career was spent in intelligence service overseas and in the United States. In post-navy careers he has taught at the university level and worked in the private sector research and development community
involved in U.S. government sponsored projects for the Defense Nuclear Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, and other organizations.
In 1989, he and Sen. Claiborne Pell co-founded the Human Potential Foundation that undertook a number of research projects. These included a joint effort with the Chinese Academy of Somatic Science in accelerated bone healing using qi gong; a sponsored symposium conducted by Russian medical scientists on psychoanalytical and psychocorrection computer technologies; a survey of attitudes of medical professionals toward death and dying; translating Chinese of the book: Collected Works on Qi Gong Science. Under the Center for Interspecies Communications, the Foundation conducted Projects Neptune Helper I, II dolphin research with Atlantic Bottlenose and Spotted dolphins.
A major two-year program funded by Laurance Rockefeller was completed with an international conference, When Cosmic Cultures Meet, in Washington, D.C. in May 1995. At the conference a wide spectrum of academic disciplines and interests assessed the implications, preparations and responses for the time when there is no ambiguity about the understanding that higher intelligences from cosmic cultures are meeting. In November 1998, the Human Potential Foundation was dissolved and its principal undertaking, a global peace initiative, transferred to the newly established Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth, Inc.
Current Programs in P.E.A.C.E. Inc. The principal program of P.E.A.C.E. Inc is the establishment of a global system of Centers for Sustainable Peace and Development. Over seven years of planning and consultation with academic, political, spiritual, military, intelligence and business leaders has lead to the current system design. In November 2002, the University of Jordan announced its decision to host a Center. Discussions with other universities around the world are under way.
A second program is a recommendation made to President George W. Bush to establish a cabinet level Peace Advisor position, and to encourage his global counterparts to do the same. A third program is draft legislation for a federally funded international scholarship program to establish a Professional Peaceworker Corps. A fourth program is a proposed Constitutional amendment that would additionally designate the President “the principal Peace Maker of the United States.” This would provide a legal basis for the institutionalization of peace in the United States.

Col. Jesse Marcel, Jr., MD, USAF retired
Jesse Marcel, Jr. is the son of the first military officer on the scene of the Roswell UFO crash of 1947 and is the
most recognized first-hard witness to the events of that time. His father, Jesse Marcel Sr., reported bringing
home parts of the wreckage the he and Jesse, Jr. examined. This wreckage included a piece of metal that when balled up or it’s shape was changed it would expand back to it’s original form as well as several structural pieces known as” I- beams” which had hieroglyphic symbols. He has steadfastly repeated his recollection of that time
in numerous interviews and wrote about his experiences then and since in the book, The Roswell Legacy. He is one of 200 witnesses to the events of July 1947, but his story has received international attention in no small part because Dr. Marcel, Jr. has led an exemplary life and his integrity is without question.
Education: His pre-med undergraduate work was accomplished at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana followed by LSU School of Medicine at New Orleans, Louisiana graduating in July of 1961 with a degree in medicine. His internship was done at the Charity Hospital, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Marcel joined the US Navy in 1962 and was assigned to the USS Renville (APA 227) and shortly there after participated in the Cuban Missile Crisis attached to combat units as member of ship’s company. The Renville then sailed for West Pac and then to the South East Pacific Area where it participated in combat training in case of enemy attack on the ship. After the West Pac tour, he completed specialty training in Otolaryngology at the Naval Hospital, San Diego, California. He retired from the Navy in July of 1971 and entered private practice in Helena, Montana. He then joined the Montana Army National Guard in 1973, went through helicopter flight training as a flight surgeon at Ft. Rucker, Alabama earning his wings in 1981. During his career in the National Guard, he was appointed State Surgeon of the State of Montana and retired from the military the second time in August of 1996 on his 60th birthday. Dr. Marcel was called back to active duty in Iraq in October of 2004 shortly after his 68th birthday and consequently served as a flight surgeon for the 189th Attack Helicopter Battalion flying 225 hrs of combat while in country being discharged again from active duty in December of 2005 to the Ready Reserve.
He currently employed as a specialist in Otolaryngology at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Ft. Harrison, Montana

Stanton Friedman
Stanton Friedman may well be the most recognized living researcher in the field of extraterrestrial-related phenomena in the world. He has been making the case for the ETH for over three decades. And he makes it very well. He spent two years at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey before switching to the University of Chicago in 1953. He received BS and MS degrees in Physics from UC in 1955 and 1956, where Carl Sagan was a classmate. He worked for fourteen years as a nuclear physicist for such companies as General Electric, General Motors,
Westinghouse, TRW, Aerojet General Nucleonics, and McDonnell Douglas on such advanced, highly classified,
eventually canceled projects as nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and nuclear power plants for space.
Since 1967 he has lectured on the topic Flying Saucers ARE Real at more than 600 colleges and over 100 professional groups in fifty states, nine Canadian provinces, England, Italy, Germany, Holland, France, Finland, Brazil, Australia, Korea, Mexico, Turkey, Argentina, and Israel. He has published more than 70 papers on UFOs besides his dozens of conventional articles and appeared on hundreds of radio and TV shows. These include the TNT Larry King UFO Special on Oct.1, 1994; Nightline; Sally Jessie Raphael; Unsolved Mysteries; Entertainment Tonight; Leeza; Sightings; Canada AM; Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell and many more.
Stan is the original civilian investigator of the Roswell Incident, who co-authored Crash at Corona and instigated the Unsolved Mysteries Roswell program. He was heavily involved in both the 1979 documentary UFOs are Real and the 1993 & 1996 videos Flying Saucers Are Real.
Stan anchored the affirmative team in an October 1995 debate at Oxford University, This House Believes That Intelligent Alien Life Has Visited Planet Earth, garnering 60% of the member-vote. On June 27,1997 his TV Debate team got 92% of 100,000 votes called into ITV in London, England: Are Aliens visiting Earth?. He has provided testimony to congressional hearings, appeared twice at the United Nations, and pioneered many aspects of extraterrestrial phenomena research, including the Betty Hill star map work, crashed saucers, analysis of the Delphos physical trace case, and challenges to the S.E.T.I. (Silly Effort To Investigate) cultists. Stan has spent many weeks at a total of nineteen document archives. He has also been involved in numerous scientific research and development projects since moving to Canada in 1980.

He takes a clear-cut unambiguous stand that: Some UFOs are alien spacecraft, The subject of flying saucers represents a kind of Cosmic Watergate, None of the anti-UFO arguments stand up to careful scrutiny, We are dealing with the biggest story of the millennium, Visits to planet Earth by alien spacecraft are real, Cover-up by governments of the best data is happening, Wreckage and bodies were recovered in New Mexico 54 years ago. He has published numerous books on the phenomenon and its history.
Lt. Col. Kevin Randle, PhD, USA retired
Dr. Kevin D. Randle (born 1949), is a prominent ufologist. Within the UFO community he is often regarded as one of the preeminent experts on the reported crash of a UFO near Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947.  A professional writer with more than 80 books to his credit, Randle is perhaps best known for his books about UFOs and the Roswell story.
While the vast majority of his books are science fiction and historical fiction, it’s his books on the alleged UFO crash at Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 that have exerted an enormous influence on those interested in the saga. Randle, along with Stanton Friedman, is generally acknowledged as one of the leading researchers into the Roswell story and the UFO question. He continues to work in the UFO field, although lately he has concentrated more on his  science fiction books than UFO research. A combat veteran, Kevin Randle served in the U.S. Army during both the Vietnam War and the Second Gulf War. In Vietnam Randle piloted UH-1 helicopters while assigned to the 116th Assault Helicopter Company based at Cu Chi, and later with the 187th Assault Helicopter Company stationed at Tay Ninh.
Between the Vietnam War and the War in Iraq, Randle was in the United States Air Force, both on active duty and in the active reserves. In the Air Force, Randle pulled duty as a public affairs officer, a general’s aide, and an intelligence officer. He was promoted several times and completed his Air Force Reserve duty as a captain and the director of intelligence for an airlift group. After the 911 attacks Randle joined the Iowa National Guard as an intelligence officer. His unit, the 234th Signal Battalion deployed in Iraq in June 2003, to the Baghdad International Airport, returning in May 2004. Randle was awarded a Combat Action Badge for his participation in several firefights in Iraq.

Major Milton Torres, PhD, USAF retired
In 1957 Major Torres had an extraordinary encounter with a UFO. “The one I chased didn’t follow classic Newtonian mechanics. It made a right turn almost on a dime,” he relates from his home in Kendall, Fla. “The (Royal Air Force radar) scope had a range of 250 miles. And after two sweeps, which took two seconds, it was gone. And I was flying almost at Mach 1, at .92.” Bottom line for Torres: Any military organization that isn’t interested in this sort of elusive high technology is incompetent. Retired USAF major broke a 51-year silence in October of 2009 about his potentially lethal UFO scramble. The British Ministry of Defence had just released another batch of UFO files through its National Archives, and one of the cases occurred on April 27, 1957. That’s when an unnamed  SAF pilot with the American 406th Fighter Wing operating out of RAF Manston in Kent was dispatched with specific orders to blast a UFO out of the late-night sky. Torres, now 77, promptly stepped forward and owned up (“It was such a relief!”) to being the guy assigned to shoot it down. Climbing to 32,000 feet in his F-86 Sabrejet along with a wingman, Torres couldn’t see the bogey, but he got a strong radar lock-on some 15 miles out. With just seconds to go before closing to within missile range, things got freaky. The blip on his scope flashed to a 6 o’clock position, then 3 o’clock, then 12 o’clock, and 11 o’clock. Then it was gone. Ground control lost it, too.
End of chase, but not the story. Back on the deck, Torres says he was bullied by a member of the U.S. National Security Agency, and told that if he breathed a word of what happened — even to his own commander — his flying days were over.
“What the hell did I know? I was just a pilot, I didn’t have any information,” he said. “The thought of losing my flight status was unacceptable.”
So Torres put a cork in it and went on to complete a 20-year USAF career. He earned a doctorate in
mechanical engineering, and taught at Florida International University.
Contrasting the threats he received with the routine manner in which that information was released, Torres is struck by the arbitrary nature of state secrecy. It bothers him that he has heard from other military pilots reluctant to go public. “They’ve told me about getting scrambled, and how what they’re chasing left ‘em standing there like they
weren’t even moving,” says the former college professor. “They don’t know what’s it is, but somebody sure does.”
Impressed by President Obama’s executive order directing federal bureaucracies to err on the side of transparency when dealing with public information requests, Torres says it’s time to pony up. “I want Obama to open it up, to declassify this UFO material,” he says. “This has gone on for too long.”

Timothy Good
Timothy Good has conducted worldwide research, interviewed key witnesses and discussed the subject with astronauts, military and intelligence specialists, pilots, politicians and scientists, and established himself
as a leading authority on government involvement with extraterrestrial related phenomena – the most highly
classified subject on Earth. He is easily one of the most prolific researchers and authors in the field. He became interested in the subject in 1955 when his passion for aviation and space led him to read a book by Major Donald Keyhoe describing sightings by qualified observers such as military and civilian pilots. In 1961, after reading a book by Captain Edward Ruppelt, a U.S. Air Force intelligence officer, he began to conduct his own research. Since then he has amassed a wealth of evidence, including several thousand declassified documents. Timothy Good has lectured at universities, schools and many organizations, including IBM, the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences, the Royal Canadian Military Institute, the Royal Geographical Society, the Royal Naval Air Reserve Branch, the House of Lords All-Party UFO Study Group and the Oxford and Cambridge Union societies. In January of 1989 following the dissolution of the Soviet empire, he became the first extraterrestrial related phenomena researcher from the West to be interviewed on Russian television. In May of 1998 he was invited to the Pentagon to discuss the issue at the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office. He has acted as associate producer for a number of television documentaries on the subject and is known to millions around the world through numerous television and
radio broadcasts.
His first book, Above Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-up (Sidgwick & Jackson, 1987) became an instant bestseller and is regarded widely as a definitive work on the subject, together with the fully revised and updated book replacing it, Beyond Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Security Threat (Sidgwick & Jackson, 199), which remained for five weeks on the Sunday Times bestseller list. Alien Liaison: The Ultimate Secret (Century, 1991) spent thirteen weeks on the same bestseller list. Alien Base: Earth’s Encounters with Extraterrestrials (Century, 1998) went to No. 4 on the Guardian bestseller list. His latest book, Unearthly Disclosure: Conflicting Interests in the Control of the Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Century, 2000) was serialized in the Daily Mail. He has also edited a number of books on the subject, including the bestselling Alien Update (Arrow, 1993). Most of these books have a foreword by Admiral of the Fleet The Lord Hill-Norton, former Chief of the Defence Staff and Chairman of the
NATO Military Committee.
Born in London in 1942, Timothy Good completed his formal education at the King’s School, Canterbury. He is an accomplished violinist and gained a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music where he won prizes for solo, chamber and orchestral playing. His professional career began in 1963 with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. He played for fourteen years with the London Symphony Orchestra and has freelanced with the English Chamber Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Mantovani Orchestra
and Philharmonic Orchestra.

Cmd. Sgt. Major Robert Dean, USAF retired
Mr. Dean’s history includes forty years of research in the UFO field. He spent twenty-seven years of active duty in the US Army where he retired as Command Sergeant Major after serving as a highly decorated infantry combat veteran. He also served in Intelligence Field Operations and was stationed at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), the military arm of NATO. His Cosmic Top Secret clearance opened the way for his study of the highly controversial document of which he now speaks. Mr. Dean also spent fourteen years as an emergency  services manager with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Arizona Pima County Sheriff’s Department. He is the former Arizona Assistant Director and Pima County Director for the Mutual UFO Network and is a former member for the UFO studies (CUFOS) and the Ancient Astronauts Society. He also served twelve years as a member of the board of Directors for the Aerial Phenomenon Research Organization (APRO). Mr. Dean majored in ancient history, psychology, and philosophy at Indiana University, completed extensive studies in archeology and theology and holds the equivalent of a masters level degree in Emergency Management. Beyond extensive United States engagements, he has spoken all over the world to share his message, appearing at sponsored events in England, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Hungary and Puerto Rico. He also has countless television, radio, video and news documentary appearances to his credit and has been honored with THREE lifetime achievement awards for his contribution to the field of Ufology.

Donna Hare
Former NASA employee, Donna Hare, has accused NASA of doctoring, obfuscating, and obscuring thousands of photos over the years. She has gone on record alleging the space agency erased inconvenient anomalies on certain damning photos. During her time at NASA she was a specialist working as an illustrator and photographic slide technician. Her service awards include the 1969 Apollo Achievement award, a Skylab award, and a special  commemorative medallion for meritorious service involving the joint American-Russian space mission, Apollo-Soyuz. A technical illustrator by profession, Hare has just about done it all during her tenure with the space agency, working as a space illustrator and in the Precision Slide Lab. She illustrated space vehicles, satellites, launch pads, landing sites, lunar maps and much, much more. Hare worked as a sub-contractor with the agency for more than 15 years. When she blew the whistle on NASA, she went public and appeared as a guest on WOL-AM radio in Washington, D.C.

Lt. Col. Dwynne Arneson, USAF retired
Dwynne Arneson served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years, retiring in 1986 with the rank of Lt. Colonel.
He held positions in communications electronics worldwide including Viet Nam. His last assignment was as Director of Logistics at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. He served as the commander of three different organizations. The highest clearance he held was Top Secret/Crypto/Special Compartmented  information/Talent Keyhole.
In 1967, he was Officer-in-Charge of the Communications Center, 28th Air Division, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls, Montana, where he was in charge of the Top Secret cryptographic account. He was also the Top Secret Control Officer for the division and dispensed Top Secret nuclear launch authentication codes. Upon retiring from the U.S. Air Force, he worked at Boeing Corporation as a computer systems analyst, holding positions involving network design and computer systems security. He retired from in 2008.

Robert Hastings
Robert L. Hastings was born May 6, 1950, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at Sandia Base, where atomic weapons were engineered. His father, Robert E. Hastings, was career U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1967 with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. In 1966–67, the Hastings family was stationed at Malmstrom AFB, Montana, during one peak
period of UFO activity at nearby Minuteman nuclear missile sites. In March 1967, Hastings witnessed five UFOs being tracked on radar at the base air traffic control tower. He later learned that these “unknown targets” had been maneuvering near ICBM sites located southeast of the base. This experience ultimately led to his decades-long research into the UFO-nukes connection.
Hastings received a BFA in Photography at Ohio University in 1972, and worked as a photographic technician at Northern Illinois University for eight years. In 1981, after conducting numerous interviews with former and retired US Air Force personnel regarding their knowledge of nuclear weapons-related UFO incidents, Hastings ventured out on the college lecture circuit to speak about the U.S. government’s cover-up on UFOs. To date, he has appeared at over 500 colleges and universities in the U.S. as well as Oxford University in England. In 1986–88, Hastings retrained in Electron Microscopy at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California, and received a certificate in Materials Science Applications. Between 1988 and 2002, he was employed as a laboratory analyst by Philips Semiconductors in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but continued lecture at colleges in his spare time. Now retired, he continues to promote public awareness of the reality of UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites. Although most people are completely unaware of its existence, the UFO-Nukes Connection is now remarkably well-documented. U.S. Air Force, FBI, and CIA files declassified via the Freedom of Information Act establish a convincing, ongoing pattern of UFO activity at American nuclear weapons sites extending back to December 1948.
Moreover, these mysterious incursions are not ancient history, so to speak, occurring only during the Cold War era. Indeed, evidence suggests that multiple, ongoing incidents have taken place near ICBM sites operated by F.E. Warren Air Force Base, in Wyoming, as recently as June 2011. For nearly 40 years, noted researcher Robert Hastings has sought out and interviewed former and retired U.S. Air Force personnel regarding their direct or indirect involvement in nuclear weapons-related UFO incidents. These individuals—ranging from retired colonels to former airmen—report extraordinary encounters which have obvious national security implications. In fact, taken to their logical conclusion, these cases have planetary implications, given the horrific consequences that would result from a fullscale, global nuclear war.
Significantly, the UFO activity occasionally transcends mere surveillance and involves direct and unambiguous interference with our strategic weapons systems. Numerous cases include reports of mysterious malfunctions of large numbers of nuclear missiles just as one or more UFOs hovered nearby. (Declassified KGB documents confirm that such incidents also occurred in the former Soviet Union.) To date, Hastings has interviewed over 120 military veterans who were involved in various UFO-related incidents at U.S. missile sites, weapons storage facilities, and nuclear bomb test ranges. The events described by these individuals leave little doubt that the U.S. nuclear weapons program is an ongoing source of interest to someone possessing vastly superior technology. On September 27, 2010 Hastings hosted the UFO-Nukes Connection press conference at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., during which seven U.S. Air Force veterans discussed UFO incursions at nuclear weapons sites during the Cold War era. CNN streamed that event live; the full-length video is below:
The witnesses said that they felt compelled to speak out about the reality of UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites and urged the U.S. government to finally reveal the facts to the American people and the rest of the world.
Since 1981, Hastings has presented his research findings at more than 500 colleges and universities nationwide, and possesses hundreds of highly favorable letters of recommendation from sponsors. “I am not condemning any government agency for its policy of secrecy regarding UFOs”, says Hastings, “but I believe that the public should be given the facts.” Hastings believes that UFOs are piloted by visitors from elsewhere in the universe who, for whatever reason, have taken an interest in our long-term survival. He contends that these beings are occasionally disrupting our nukes to send a message to the American and Soviet/Russian governments that their possession and potential large-scale use of nuclear weapons threatens the future of humanity and the environmental integrity of the planet. In short, Washington and Moscow are being warned that they are “playing with fire.” To suggest that this scenario is the only explanation for widespread UFO sightings during the modern era would be presumptuous, simplistic, and undoubtedly inaccurate. Nevertheless, Hastings believes that the now well-documented nuclear weapons-related incidents are integral to an understanding of the mystery that confronts us.

Robert Jacobs, USAF retired
Professor Jacobs is a professor at Bradley University where he instructs and advises radio/television majors. He
holds a PhD in Dramatic art and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara. In the 1960’s he was in the Air Force. He was the officer in charge of optical instrumentation and his job was to film ballistic missile tests launched from Vandenberg Air Force base in California. In 1964, during a test of the first missile they filmed, they caught on film a UFO traveling right next to the missile. He says it looked like two saucers cupped together with a round ping-pong ball like surface on top. The film showed that from the ball a beam of light was directed at the missile. This happened four times, from four different angles, as the missile was about 60 miles up and traveling at 11,000 to 14,000 miles an hour. The missile tumbled out of space and the UFO left. The next day he was shown the film by his commanding officer told to “never speak of this again.” He said, if it ever comes up you are to say that it was laser strikes from the UFO. Professor Jacobs thought this unusual because in 1964 lasers were in their infancy in the labs but he never the less agreed and hasn’t talked about it for 18 years. Years later, after an article came out about the film, professor Jacobs started receiving harassing phone calls at early hours in the morning. His mailbox was even blown up out in front of his house. What we photographed up at Vandenberg Air Force Base affected me for the rest of my life and made a huge impact on my understanding of the universe and of Governmental manipulation of our minds.

Capt. Bruce Fenstermacher, USAF retired
Bruce Fenstermacher served in the U.S. Air Force 20 years, the last 11 as an officer, retiring in 1980 with the rank of Captain. He held the position of Missile Combat Crew commander at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, Wyoming, from 1974 to 1977. Upon retiring from the U.S. Air Force, Fenstermacher worked with several high-tech telecommunications companies as a senior technical trainer, training manager, or product support manager. He is now semi-retired, working part-time as an adjunct instructor for an online training school.

Robert Jamison, USAF retired
Robert Jamison, was a missile maintenance officer whose job was to restart Minute Man I nuclear missiles that were in a “No Go” mode, or had malfunctioned. He often rode many miles downrange in the middle of the night
over the wilderness to rectify missile failures as a result of UFO related incidents. Cases of ten missiles at a time going down once a UFO had entered the area were not uncommon. “Oscar Flight” and “Echo Flight” were two
such sections of the huge Malmstrom missile range that had been neutralized by UFO incursions. One UFO went down into a canyon and was reported there where it was observed to be landed on the canyon floor, but once helicopters had been deployed by morning into the area, it quickly shot up into the sky and departed the
area. These events occurred in 1967. Command had been issuing very unusual orders in relation to proper procedure in the event of another UFO sighting, indicating that the missile maintenance crews were to seek safety at the nearest installation and await further instructions once a sighting had been reported. It seemed to him that the Air
Force was exercising caution in the event that more of their missile sites went down once a UFO entered the area.

John Borroughs, USAF
Airman 1st Class, John Burroughs, was assigned to RAF Bentwaters police duty. John was in Rendlesham Forest on both December 26 and 28, 1980, interacting with the highly strange aerial phenomena. Afterward, some military colleagues thought John either jumped on a craft of unknown origin or was taken upward into a large, aerial light. Even now, thirty years later, John has disturbing dreams and trouble sleeping. John had hypnosis in 1988 that broke through some of his memory block. Then in October 2008, researcher Linda Moulton Howe found a hypnotherapist to help John remember more about the telepathic lights.

BREAKING...This is what we've been waiting for...White Knights Part 7

Col. Charles Halt, USAF retired
Charles I. Halt is a retired United States Air Force colonel and the former base commander of RAF Bentwaters, near Woodbridge, Suffolk. After serving in Vietnam, Japan and Korea, he was assigned to Bentwaters as deputy commander.
The Rendlesham Forest incident of late December 1980 occurred shortly after that and he was an important witness to events on the second night of sightings. In the late hours of December 27, and early December 28, 1980 then Lieutenant Colonel Halt led a patrol to investigate an alleged UFO landing site near the eastern edge of Rendlesham  forest. During this investigation they witnessed several unidentified lights, most prominent of them being a bright flashing light in the direction of Orford Ness. In January 1981 Halt composed an official Air Force memorandum listing details of the events. The memo was then dispatched to the Ministry of Defence. Halt also made an audio tape recording of the incident. After retiring from the US Air Force in 1991, Halt made his first public appearance in a television documentary, where he confirmed the authenticity of the Rendlesham Forest incident. In 1997 he was interviewed by Georgina Bruni for a book about the Rendlesham event, You Can’t Tell the People. He has also appeared in several television documentaries, including the three listed below. In June 2010 Halt issued a notarized affidavit in which he summarized the alleged events of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident and concluded: “I  believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practiced methods of disinformation.” However, there are some contradictions between this affidavit and the events as recorded by Halt at the time of the incident. On the other hand, his first recordings are similar in many points to another witness’ statement: Rick Bobo, who served at the base at the time of the incident told author Robert Hastings: “The main object hovered out there for a long, long time [he had previously told Georgina Bruni “it was up there for about five hours, just hovering”]. It never really moved anywhere else. It was kind of hard to see, but it was slightly oblong, I guess, and I seem to recall it had bluish and reddish lights on it. When the object first caught my eye, it was already stationary, I didn’t see it move to where it was and I didn’t see it leave. After it was hanging there a long while, I saw things shooting off it, really, really fast, like little sparks or something. Maybe four or five of them… They were shooting off in all directions, but up into the sky, not down to the ground.”

Lt.

Cpt. Robert Salas, USAF retired
Captain Salas was witness to one of the most important and implicative incidents ever to occur in the United States involving an unidentified flying object – the 1967 nuclear missile shutdown at Malmstrom AFB in Montana. Capt. Salas served on active duty with the U.S. Air Force for seven years after graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1964. He served at Tyndall AFB, Florida before his assignment at Maelstrom in 1966. He earned a masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of  Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He also worked with the Titan III Missile Systems program office at Los Angeles AFS. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1971, Mr. Salas briefly worked as an engineer for Martin-Marietta Aerospace and Rockwell International. From 1974 until his retirement in 1995, Mr. Salas worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an aircraft structures engineer. He is currently employed as a high school mathematics teacher. His book, Faded Giant, written with James Klotz, goes into detail about the 1967 incident and concomitant issues. He has spoken publicly about the Malmstrom events since 1995.

Leslie Kean
Leslie Kean is author the new book, “UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On the Record”, published by the Crown Publishing Group/Random House (www.UFOsOnTheRecord.com). The book includes a foreword by John Podesta and first-person contributions written by highly credible military and government officials from nine countries, including five Generals. Kean is an independent investigative journalist who has been published
nationally and internationally in the Boston Globe, Philadelphia Inquirer, Atlanta-Journal Constitution, Providence Journal, International Herald Tribune, Globe and Mail, Sydney Morning Herald, The Nation, and The Journal for Scientific Exploration, among other publications. She is coauthor of Burma’s Revolution of the Spirit: The Struggle
for Democratic Freedom and Dignity and was also a producer and on-air host for a daily investigative news program on KPFA radio, a Pacifica station.
Kean began publishing on the UFO subject in 2000, when her feature story about the French COMETA Report appeared in the Boston Globe. In 2002, she co-founded the Coalition for Freedom of Information (CFI), an independent alliance advocating for greater government openness on information about UFOs and for responsible coverage by the media based on a rational and credible approach. As director of the CFI, she began working on the Kecksburg UFO case in 2002, with the cooperation of Stan Gordon. Kean was the plaintiff in a successful, four-year Freedom of Information Act federal lawsuit against NASA, in which the agency was required to release hundreds of documents under court supervision. She and her coalition have launched an ongoing initiative to affect US government policy so that scientists and aviation authorities can gain greater understanding of the still-unexplained UFO phenomenon.
Kean was a producer for the 2009 independent documentary I Know What I Saw directed by James Fox, and is currently working with Break Thru Films, an award-winning film company, on a new feature documentary.

Karl Wolf
Karl Wolf’s job in the Air Force was involved with repairing photographic equipment. In 1965 he was assigned to a job which took him to a NASA photographic laboratory where images from the lunar orbiter were being received. The lunar orbiter is a space probe which had been orbiting the moon, sending back detailed photographic images of the moon back to earth. Now, from earth we only ever see one side of the moon, this is due to the way the moon rotates always presenting the same face towards the earth. Hence from earth there is an entire side of the moon that we never see, ever. Here is a quote from Karl Wolf about his visit to the lab in 1965, “I was interested in how the whole process functioned, how the data got from the lunar orbiter to the laboratory, I asked the young man if he’d describe the process to be, he did. About thirty minutes into the process he said to me, in a very distressed way, by the way we have discovered a base on the back side of the moon. And then he proceeded to put photographs down in front of me and clearly in these photographs were structures, mushroom shaped buildings, spherical buildings and towers. And at that point I was very concerned because I knew we were working in compartmentalized security.” “I remember going home and naively thinking I can’t wait to hear about this on the evening news, and here it is more than thirty years later and I hope we hear about it tonight and I will testify under oath before congress.”

Mark McCandlish
Mark McCandlish grew up with an interest in aircraft and other modes of transportation, from an early age. He joined the Air Force and later made use of the G.I. Bill to attend Art Center College of Design. He later worked for a
short time in the Hollywood special effects business as a matte artist, and then was hired by the General Dynamics Corporation in Pomona, California as a technical illustrator and technical publications editor. During this time, Mark
also was given the opportunity to participate in a number of media orientation rides in frontline U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard fighters, such as the F- 15 Eagle and the F-16 Fighting Falcon. In 1986, Mr. McCandlish became aware that the U.S. military was in possession of some extraordinary technologies, and began to pursue his own private research into where it came from and how it works. The research led to many strange events and encounters. He is an accomplished aerospace illustrator and has worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the United States. His colleague, Brad Sorenson, with whom he studied, has been inside a facility at Norton Air Force Base, where he witnessed alien reproduction vehicles, or ARVs, that were fully operational and hovering. In his testimony, you will learn that the US not only has operational antigravity propulsion devices, but we have had them for many, many years, and they have been developed through the study, in part, of extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years. In addition, we have the drawing from aerospace inventor Brad Sorenson of the devices that he saw, as well as a schematic of one of these alien reproduction vehicles – in some remarkable detail.

Fife Symington, III
Fife Symington comes from a wealthy Maryland family; he is a great-grandson of steel magnate Henry Clay Frick, and his father J. Fife Symington Jr. (1910–2007) was United States ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago 1969-1971. His cousin, Stuart Symington, was a U.S. Senator from Missouri and father of James Wadsworth Symington, a U.S. Representative from that state. He attended the prestigious Gilman School in Baltimore, then attended Harvard University, graduating in 1968 with a degree in Dutch art history and was a member of the Porcellian Club. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, stationed at Luke Air Force Base in Maricopa County, Arizona. He remained in Arizona and became involved in real estate development, founding his own company, the Symington Company, in 1976. Symington ran for governor of Arizona in 1990, taking 44% of the vote in the Republican and won the final election with 52% of the vote. During his first term, the governor was the subject of an investigation over his involvement with Southwest Savings and Loan, a failed Phoenix thrift. He was later cleared, and won reelection handily in 1994.
Later, Symington was indicted on charges of extortion, making false financial statements, and of bank fraud. He was convicted of bank fraud in 1997. As Arizona state law does not allow convicted felons to hold office, Symington resigned his office on September 5, 1997. This conviction, however, was overturned in 1999 by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale, Symington helped found the Arizona Culinary Institute, a professional cooking school that teaches the classic French method. Symington is a founding partner of The Symington Group, a venture capital and strategic business/political consulting firm. In November 2006, Symington lost a bid to become the GOP Chair of his local legislative district. The defeat in this district was the first electoral defeat of Symington’s career. In April 2007, Symington was named chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.
In 2007, Fife said that he had witnessed one of the “crafts of unknown origin” during the 1997 Phoenix Lights event, but noted that he didn’t go public with the information. In an interview with The Daily Courier in Prescott, Symington said: I’m a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything that I’ve ever seen. It remains a great mystery. Other people saw it, responsible people. I don’t know why people would ridicule it.
It was enormous and inexplicable. Who knows where it came from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too. It was dramatic. And it couldn’t have been flares because it was too symmetrical. It had a geometric outline, a constant shape. However, when he was Governor in 1997, Symington promised he would look into the mass sighting, but then quickly ridiculed it at a press conference where he had his chief of staff dress up in an alien costume, telling reporters that they had found the culprit. His explanation today is that as a public official he felt a responsibility to avoid public panic and therefore tried to introduce some levity into the situation. On November 9, 2007, Symington appeared with a panel of guests discussing their UFO experiences on Larry King Live. A few days later, on November 12, Symington acted as moderator for a UFO press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Other speakers included U.S./foreign military witnesses/public officials involved in some major UFO cases, such as the 1980 Rendlesham Forest incident, 1990 Belgium UFO incident, and 1976 Tehran UFO incident, and heads of some official foreign government UFO investigations, such as Nick Pope in the U.K. and Claude Poher of France. They said the phenomenon was quite real, should be taken seriously, and urged that the U.S. reopen its public UFO investigation.
Symington also appeared as a witness of the Phoenix Lights in an updated version of the 2002 UFO documentary Out of the Blue by filmmaker James Fox. Fox helped organize the witness panels for both the Larry King show and follow-up National Press Club event.
